At OKC Mycology Supply, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, we do offer replacements in specific circumstances, outlined below.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacements may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The customer contacts us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Clear photos are provided showing:
    • the product
    • the issue (e.g., contamination)
    • original packaging if applicable
  3. The product has been handled and stored properly after delivery

Failure to contact us within 24 hours may result in the replacement request being denied.

Replacement Review Process

  • All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Submission of photos does not guarantee a replacement
  • If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost
  • We do not issue refunds or store credit

Returned & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for paying a new shipping label in order to have the order reshipped. We will not reship returned packages until the new shipping cost has been paid. If the customer does not arrange reshipment within 30 days of the returned package, the order will be considered forfeited.

What Is Not Covered

  • Improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Customer error
  • Delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier
  • Requests submitted after the 24-hour window

Final Determination

OKC Mycology Supply reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests at our sole discretion.
